Mead is of course delicious by itself, but did you know it pairs well with food and is a great mixer? This page will share some of the things you can do with our meads.
Mulled Spiced Cyser: Mix 1 oz rum, 1 oz brandy, 1 oz triple sec and one bottle Autumn Mist. Heat until just too hot to put your finger in (but don’t boil), pour into mugs, sit down by the fire and enjoy!
Ruby Thunder: Mix 3 oz rum, 2 oz triple sec, 1 oz Galliano and one bottle chilled Ruby Sunset. Pour over ice into tumblers. Be careful, this goes down smoothly!
Autumn Mist: Chilled with turkey, chicken or pork dishes, room temperature with ripe cheeses.
Ruby Sunset: Chilled with tangy salads, any temperature with dark chocolate dishes!
Rose Moon: The clean, dry finish of Rose Moon makes it very versatile. Give it a try and let us know where you think it works best.
Wildfire: Pair this anywhere you would use a big red wine. Room temperature. Great with steaks and burgers!
